350 Water Street is a 510,000 square-foot, twelve-story science and technology building located in the new Cambridge Crossing neighborhood in Cambridge, MA. Currently under construction, this state-of-the-art lab building will feature ground floor retail, a third floor terrace, three below-grade parking levels, bike storage with showers, an adjacent green space with a playing field and fixed fitness equipment, a plaza to host food trucks, and direct access to two MBTA stops (Green and Orange line). The building is 100% leased to Sanofi and will be Wired Score Platinum and LEED v4 Silver certified upon delivery in Q1 2022.
