120-132 Middlesex Turnpike is comprised of two sites totaling 1.0 acre in the Assembly Square submarket of Somerville, MA adjacent to Assembly Row. The sites are two subway stops north of Cambridge Crossing, DivcoWest’s 4.5M sf mixed-use development, in a rapidly developing commercial and life science cluster. The sites were acquired for the development of an approximately 607,000 SF life science building with 555 stalls of below grade parking.
